1. HOW TO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Log into your account and click on 'Order History and Details'. Select the order that you would like to return. Check the items that you would like to return. Please indicate the reason for your return in the text box. Click the ‘CREATE RETURN’ button to submit your request. If you purchased as a GUEST you will need to go to the following link Guest Tracking have your order number and email address handy. 2. I ordered as a GUEST, how can I create an account to view status of my order or make a return?

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

4. I am not sure which size to order?

5. Can I track my shipment?.
Tracking information is sent to you via email when your order is shipped. You can also track your shipment in the ‘My Account’ section on the site.
6. What Payment Methods do you Accept?
Your order can be paid by using PayPal or Credit Card.
7. What happens if my product is defective?
Santini guarantees its products with regards to materials or manufacturing defects. Please consult our Warranty and Returns page for more information.
8. Is my order subject to customs duties?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Italy and customs or import duties may apply depending on destination.
9. How should I care for my Santini garment to ensure a long life?
