Snug, comfy
My quads are a bit bigger in relation to the rest of my body (usually a "euro" size large), so I went with the XL2XL for these kneewarmers and the fit is perfect -- snug without feeling constricting and they don't droop/change position or wrinkle like most kneewarmers I've used. Comfort is great in that I feel the *tiniest* bit of compression in my lower quads, but it never interferes w/ my cadence or pedaling motion.

love these, but...
...they slip down too easily; the grippy stuff on the inside top elastic band needs to be grippier. Otherwise, they're comfy and longer than other knee warmers, so very versatile.
